(Two of three refills working at time of evaluation; general scuffs and scratches, and one small chip to gold.)

Parker (USA) 75 Insignia fountain pen, ca. 1970, grid pattern to cap and barrel, marked to cap "14K G. F.," nib marked "14K POINT," 5 in. (General signs of use including very light scratching and ink residue.). Contained in an unlabeled black presentation box with a mechanical pencil marked "VICTORIA / I-20 14K. G. F.," 5 1/8 in. (Various signs of use including light scratching, rubbing, and a dent; tarnished.)
