Multi-strand pearl choker with four strands of off-round cultured pearls (4.5mm to 5.mm), the center with a gold lattice motif element and set with two gold bar stations, all set with full cut round diamonds weighing approximately 1.0 total carat (H-I color, VS2-SI1 clarity), completed with a rope twist design hook and eye clasp, signed and stamped 18K.
