New York, circa 1915, 9 3/4-inch diameter dodecagonal leaded glass shade featuring ten caramel colored 'Favrile fabrique' panels framed above and below by sections of amber Tiffany Glass, beneath an integral reticulated patinated bronze cap, impressed "TIFFANY STUDIOS N.Y. PAT. APPL'D FOR 1936" to the shade base rim; (6 x 9 3/4 x 9 3/4 in.); mounted within a patinated bronze bell floor base, signed "TIFFANY STUDIOS / NEW YORK / 425", with art nouveau five foliate knop standard over a spreading base with eight scrolled feet. (55 1/2 x 13 x 13 in.).

Shade with a few light surface scratches to metal; (2) smaller glass panels with small minor area of loss to interior perimeter edge. Base with some areas of rubbing to the patina, and light areas of oxidation to the underside; later wiring and paddle switch, and one later ball shade tightening screw.
