Large 4to; xxxi, [3], 283pp.; xx, [2], 435pp. Each volume with frontispiece and numerous illustrations; volume I with an introduction by Gordon Grand. (Mild wear to boards, spines darkened and ends lightly rubbed; interiors with rare grime or minor handling wear, and the free endpapers with small areas of tape residue; volume I with area of gutter wear after free endpaper; volume II with foxing concentrated on frontispiece and title page, in a protective jacket with wear; some leaves still unopened. Very good.)
