Gary E. Neel was a 20th-century watercolorist, well-regarded for his "dry brush" technique and animal and sport-genre paintings. His work was sold and handled in the 1970s by a New York City gallery called The Crossroads of Sport, Inc., which specialized in sporting art and memorabilia.
