France, early 19th century, (2) cast lead bas-relief portrait medallions in turned wood frame with gilt trim, depicting Julius Caesar and Vespasian with their names and death dates.

Frame 6 1/8 in. diameter; medallion 3 1/2 in. diameter

Both frames with losses and gilt rubbing; both medallions with two small holes towards edge and surface scratches; Caesar medallion with separation from frame, adhesive residue visible to medallion.
