Gold and Opal Pendant / Brooch with Fancy Link Chain

High polish oval pendant / brooch set to the center with a prong set oval cabochon cut opal (15.8 x 11.4mm) and with a rope twist border, completed with a single locking pin stem and double fixed bail, stamped 585, suspended from a textured and polished gold fancy link chain, completed with a spring ring clasp stamped 750 Italy.
