Circa 1795-1810, original McKim label reading "Andrew & "Robert" McKim / maker of Windsor Chairs / Richmond, VA." attached to the underside of seat; mixed woods with old, if not original, surface, the molded hickory bowed back face with scratch bead and seven spindle back, shaped molded and beveled poplar seat supported by baluster turned splayed legs, baluster turned stretcher base.
