New York, circa 1807-1812, cast brass with brazed construction and iron billet bars, unsigned, cast as a belted double lemon form supported atop a hexagonal plinth, raised on dual Chippendale spurred legs with ball feet.
26 1/2 x 14 x 22 3/4 in.
A similar shorter form is in the collection of the Winterthur Museum, museum object number 1990.0075.002.
Good estate condition; some surface wear and nicks to brass and billet bars from age and use.
