Silver heart pendant, centered on a gold bezel set heart cut amethyst, with gold bar to the top and completed with a cable motif hinged silver bail, stamped 925 585 / D.Y. and with 'DY', heart, and 'X' motif to back of pendant, suspended from a box chain necklace completed with a lobster clasp stamped 925 and with a gold 'DY' charm stamped 585.
