Claude "Clodion" Michel (French, 1738-1814), Terracotta and Marble Busts of Bacchante and Bacchus

Probably 19th century, terracotta models, the satyr signed and dated "CLODION / 1783", the bacchante signed "CLODION" , the pair mounted atop a matching gray and white fluted marble plinth with ormolu beaded trim.

Satyr with small chips to drapery edge and nose; Bacchante with chip to floral crown; some scattered surface rubbing.
