The deeply tooled leather-bound album, circa 1890, is a small quarto with gilt edges; it contains (116) CDVs and (7) cabinet cards that variously feature Renaissance painters, celebrated individuals, religious themes and historical events. Many of the images are identified on slips of paper by an early 20th century hand.
