Regency Inlaid Partridge Wood Tea Caddy

England, circa 1815, mahogany and deal secondary, of sarcophagus form featuring harlequin marquetry band inlays along the base, patinated cast lion mask ring handles and paw feet, inlaid marquise key escutcheon, opening to twin covered tea compartments, unmarked.

Lower inlaid band with areas of loss; some surface rubbing and crazing to veneers.
