Tall Antique American Turned and Painted Barber Trade Pole

Late 19th century, unsigned, tall turned wood in columnar form, with patriotic red, white, and blue diagonal polychrome banding, featuring a ball on socle capital, over a baluster column with ball knop, over a cynlidrical stem and rectangular base, mounted within a later rectangular stepped terrace with bracket feet.
