Salt glazed stoneware, of tall cylindrical form with rounded shoulder and double lug handles, signed "J.D.CRAVEN" above a coggled "5" capacity mark (18 1/2 x 11 x 11 in.); the second a milk crock, stamped "J.D. CRAVEN" to the body (5 1/2 x 8 x 8 in.).

Five gallon with small chips to upper rim, a few tight cracks to the underside wrapping vertically up the body (appear stable), some surface glaze loss to exterior; the milk crock with losses to upper rim.
