Alkaline glazed stoneware, ovoid form with applied ear handles and flat rim, warm olive alkaline glaze with golden areas of rutile, maker's stamp at shoulder "JFS" above the "3" capacity mark.


12 3/4 x 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 in.

Two cracks from the rim down the body; one handle with chip; the other with flake near the juncture; some glaze chips to lower body.
