George III Inlaid Mahogany Drop Leaf Breakfast Table

Circa 1800, pine and chestnut secondary, rectangular top with line inlay, rectangular drop leaves with shaped corner and single butterfly support, single drawer with repeating banded inlay, spiral twist tapered legs with ball feet.

30 x 39 x 20 in., each leaf 15 in.

Sun fading; top with surface wear and shrinkage crack; later pull with plug hole; veneer crack and lifting to drawer facing; one leg with crack and repair.
