19th century, mahogany veneer, deal and pine secondary, banded inlay to slant lid with lopper support, interior with pigeon holes, small drawers, prospect door with two further small interior drawers, the case with four banded drawers, molded base with short block feet.

Top with corner veneer patches; dark staining and wear throughout; slant lid with edge loss at top near center; later hinges with patches; later pulls slightly offset from the original position; shrinkage cracks to case sides; later block feet.
