Wool on cotton foundation; finely knotted, the sky blue field with central lobed and poled medallion on a lattice of palmette motifs, with cream and multicolored spandrels, the main red border with repeating scrolling palmette and foliate motifs, within minor borders, with long fine knotted fringes.
