Robert Ebendorf is an American jeweler and metalsmith from Topeka, Kansas. He earned a B.F.A. in 1958 and an M.F.A. in 1963 from the University of Kansas, then studied in Norway on a Fulbright and worked at Norway Silver Designs in Fredrikstad with support from a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation grant. He has consulted on jewelry design in Mexico City, Oslo, and Vicenza; taught at Stetson University, the University of Georgia, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Penland School of Crafts, and SUNY New Paltz; and is a founding member and past president of the Society of North American Goldsmiths.
