Central Mali, 16th to 19th century, (2) iconic sculptures including a stone equestrian figure (11 1/4 x 7 x 2 1/2 in.); and a Tellem carved wood ancestor figure with raised arms, mounted to conforming pedestal (17 1/4 x 3 x 3 1/2 in.).
