Pair of Maitland Smith Hurricane Shades with Figural Bronze Supports

Late 20th century, each turned wood stand with gilt beaded trim, supported by four patinated bronze monkeys seated on pillows, includes two conforming glass hurricane shades with brass mounts, both marked to underside "MAITLAND-SMITH / HAND MADE / IN PHILLIPPINES".
