Circa 1840, mahogany, mahogany veneer, spiral twist and acanthus carved posts, plain tester, shaped headboard with turned crest rail over book-matched flame mahogany panels, spiral twist feet, with wood rails and bolts.

Footboard left post with break and repair below spiral twist; rails with plugs from previous slat and rope twist knob placements; tester pins have been bent flat.
