The first a pair of George II tapersticks, circa 1740, solid cast with threaded connection to the petal base (4 1/2 x 3 x 3 in.); the second a pair likely French, 19th century or earlier, featuring tripodal base, crouched legs with mask knees over paw feet, supporting ornate urn stem with fleur-de-lis relief cast nozzle (6 x 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 in.).
