Elizabeth Stockton is an American contemporary painter based in Atlanta, Georgia. Trained in fine art and design at the University of Georgia, she returned to painting after a career in graphic design and has exhibited widely since 1999. Working primarily in oil, her layered, color-driven paintings explore surface, emotion, and the interaction of abstraction and design. Her work is held in private and corporate collections in the U.S. and internationally.
