Victoria Josephson was a North Carolina–based painter and art educator known for detailed works often inspired by European and American travel. She earned a B.S. in art from East Carolina University and taught art in schools and universities in North Carolina and Florida. Living in the Matthews area, she built a respected career as both an artist and teacher.
