Oil on canvas (wax lined), mid-nineteenth century, unsigned, retaining an old label affixed to one stretcher with indistinct pencil inscription and "c/o Ida M. Barry / Lutherville, MD" in ink, presented in a later frame.

Some yellowing to varnish; buckling to canvas; tacking edge reinforcement; minor stable craquelure; stretcher marks; scattered spot retouch visible under UV light.
