Antique Faux Malachite Glass and Ormolu Casket

Mid- to late 19th century, likely French or Bohemian, rectangular form hinged box with rounded corners and waisted sides, green glass with faux malachite banding and gilt bronze mounts with foliate motif, appears unmarked, no key present.

Glass panel to lid with mounting residue visible at mount, possible later repair; some areas of rubbing to gilt; scattered surface marks to underside; partially exposed rod at hinge.
