John D. Morgan holds an MFA in Painting and Drawing from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BFA in Studio Art from The University of West Virginia. He is the recipient of two NEA grants and his work is held in various museum, corporate, and private collections. He had a one-man show at The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. He has taught painting and drawing as well as collage and assemblage at Virginia Commonwealth University, Randolph-Macon College, Sweet Briar College, and The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
