With a 4.2 liter in-line six cylinder engine, and a four speed manual transmission. Equipped with chrome spoke wheels with Dunlop Sport tires, and four-wheel disc brakes.
Exterior with a repaint in original Willow Green, and a OEM approved G.W. Bartlett Company interior in leather finished in Biscuit. With a black vinyl top. The original radio was replaced with an Alpine unit and four speakers installed in the front kick panels and rear panel. The original is present.

Originally sold to Stephen Minkin in San Francisco, California from E. F. Sweeney British Cars. Registration to Ernest Reynholds of S.F in 1969, then sold to George and Kathleen Sparks, in 1977. Kathleen took sole ownership in 1981, and remained with her in California until 2019 when it was given to her son George Sparks III in Matthews, North Carolina. The California plate remains with the car.
50 years ownership by same family. A restoration was conducted in the mid 90's to include strip down to bare metal all body panels with a repaint, new interior and seals, gaskets, and front glass, and a new top installed. Receipts confirm even the smallest details were corrected. Recent services to include: complete brake job, and rear differential and suspension rebuild in 2025/26, fans upgraded to new style, front end rebuilt, engine mounts, and Pertonix ignition added in 2021. Service and registration records are present from 1972 to present. Includes a premium car cover, front license plate mount, and mud flaps.
