France, 19th century, one woodblock carved with scrolling foliate pattern, marked "Gris" to verso (17 x 14 1/2 x 2 in.); the other with leaf pattern (21 x 13 x 2 in.), both variously marked with numbers.

Both with old repairs and nicks to relief, cracks to wood, scattered insect damage, and exposed hardware.
