From the Estate of the late Mr. Oscar E. Menzer, Memphis, Tennessee. Oscar was a renowned architect and Yale graduate who studied under the greats: Eero Saarinen, Philip Johnson and Louis Kahn; designing 100s of the most beautiful homes of Memphis. Some scattered chips and losses to the pediment and apron, as well as the beaded trim, some areas with areas of glue and gilt repair; later backing and mirror.
