Gold, Ruby, and Diamond Ring

Centered on an oval cut diamond (5.5 x 3.9 x 2.6mm) weighing approximately .37 carat, bezel set within a surround of square and rectangular cut rubies bracketed by baguette cut diamonds, set to the shoulders with full cut round and baguette cut diamonds, and square cut rubies, and set to the gallery with full cut round diamonds, stamped 18K 750. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.75 carats (H-I color, SI1-SI2 clarity).
