England, each cast in two pieces, all unsigned, including three pairs in push up form: the tallest pair with unique ejector mechanism to the sconce, attributed to James Barlow & Co. of Birmingham, inverted baluster shaft, cove cut base, stamped "285" to the underside (9 1/4 x 4 x 4 in.); the second pair with octagonal base, baluster shaft with lower octagonal knop, and plain nozzle with concave bobeche (8 3/4 in.); the third pair with pie crust motif to the dual knop stem and round base (3 1/4 in.); the fourth and shortest pair with dual knop shaft and round base (5 x 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 in.).

Some minor age appropriate condition, including minor small dents and light scratches; one candlestick in shortest pair with fine tear to the upper knop.
