Circa 1900, architectural slate case centering a 4. in round dial with trefoil hands signed "J. E. CALDWELL & Co. / PHILADELPHIA," within an ormolu bezel and beveled glass, unmarked 8-days brass works with dual train suspension spring movement with pendulum striking on a bell.
