Serial number 179712 present on water table, forend iron, trigger guard and barrel lug, engraved boxlock ejector action receiver with pointing dogs and duck in flight motif surrounded by acanthus coverage, grade 4 present on water table, frame size indicated as 1 1/2, double triggers, automatic safety, text PARKER BROS. MAKERS MERIDEN, CT. U.S.A. ACME STEEL present within matted top rib of 30 in. barrel with single bead, straight grip checkered walnut buttstock with drop points and PACHMAYR recoil pad, checkered walnut beavertail forend, green canvas case with leather corners and straps and maker label.

FFL Status: Modern

Overall good estate condition, barrel bluing is healthy with wear where forend edges make contact with barrel with few scattered small dings and nicks, barrel ring with clear church bell tone, barrel to receiver fit is tight, both forcing cones have been lengthened resulting in a 3 in. chamber length reading on the right and no chamber length reading on the left, engraving remains sharp and clear, moderate screw slot damage, forend iron has been repaired with reinforcing metal tabs along sides at the end, evidence of forend repair with glass bedding present, damage to rear upper edges of forend with large gouge along left rear which impacts checkering, light to moderate field marks in wood surfaces throughout, aftermarket recoil pad where a skeletonized butt would have been the norm.
