Central circular pendant set with a Late Roman bronze coin in a bezel, set with six princess cut diamonds, joined to curb link chain with T-bar elements with hinged clasps set with full cut round diamonds, the chains joined by a box clasp, clasp and coin bezel signed Lilli and stamped 18K. Total diamond weight is approximately 1.80 carats (G-H color, VS2-SI1 clarity).
