Serial number U83985B present under top lever of engraved O/U receiver, text ULTRALIGHT with birds in flight scenes present on side of receiver, gold BERETTA insignia inlaid on sides and belly of receiver, text of P. BERETTA ULTRALIGHT MADE IN ITALY inscribed on underside of receiver, text of ULTRALIGHT BERETTA MADE IN ITALY GARDONE VT and 12GA 2 3/4 - 28" present along left shoulder of 28 in. blued matted vent rib barrel with screw-in choke tubes and single bead, single selective trigger, manual safety, checkered pistol grip[ stock with aftermarket recoil pad, checkered walnut forend with faux ebony tip, adhesive cheek riser.

Overall good estate condition, barrel bluing is strong showing only few light blemishes, bluing wear along underside edge of forend iron at the knuckle, bores are bright and shiny with very light wad fouling, engraving as precise as new, significant damage to forward edge of pistol grip with other field marks being much lighter and few, tear in toe of recoil pad, adhesive cheek riser separating from stock.
