Serial number 71052MM131 present under top tang of engraved stainless O/U receiver with scenes of an adult and youth shooting clays and hunting pheasants on the sides, text of SHOOTING SPORTS FOREVER in gold present on left side of action, text of 2000 MILLENNIUM SERIES and ONE OF FIVE HUNDRED in gold present on belly of receiver, text of HUNTING FOREVER in gold present on right side of receiver, text of INVECTOR-PLUS CITORI SPECIAL STEEL 12GA - 2 3/4" present on 28 in. blued ported and matted vent rib barrel with middle and front beads, ejectors, manual safety, single selective trigger, checkered pistol grip walnut buttstock with recoil pad and checkered walnut forend.

Overall good estate condition, high polish bluing on barrels shows light and faint scratches, surfaces rust is present along sides and top of vent rib, lobes of barrels show surface rust and pitting, surface rust on chamber faces, some dirt around trigger assembly, checkering remains sharp and dry, wood finishes present a satin sheen with some scratches along face of grip surface and toe line, some light chipping at front edge of forend.
