This amazing painting of a pair of canvasbacks was in the South Carolina duck stamp competition for the 1994/95 season. The lighthouse depicted is in Georgetown, South Carolina.
Alabama artist Eddie LeRoy is a major player in the wildlife art market . He has a total of fifteen state stamps. His black bellied whistling ducks image was chosen for the 2019-20 Federal Duck Stamp. He has been the featured artist for numerous conservation organizations.
