Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 18th or 19th century, cast bronze statue of Liu Hai, one of the Daoist Immortals who became associated with good fortune and wealth, he is depicted standing on a two tier pedestal wearing loose robes, one hand is raised and one outstretched to the front, both holding items, on his back is a coil, possibly for incense or joss sticks to be held.
13 1/2 x 5 x 4 in.
Good estate condition; a small loss at hem of robe in the back; back corner of stand with small loss; the coil on his back may have originally held an item.
