Caswell County, North Carolina, circa 1830, mahogany veneer, poplar and white pine secondary, two part form, ogee cornice over two hinged glazed doors with six window lights each, louvered shelf interior over two small drawers, the base with conforming rounded case corners, upper flush concave drawer over two drawers, shaped conforming bracket feet.

Originally belonging to North Carolina governor William Alexander Graham and thence by descent.

Old dark patina throughout and likely original surface; some later pulls; retains old wavy glass; some veneer chips especially below concave drawer and case edges.
