Silver topped gold brooch with crown surmount set with two oval cabochon cut sapphires and an old mine cut diamond, above a central guilloche enamel field with applied monogram within a conforming surround, the whole set with rose cut diamonds, completed with a single pin stem, stamped with Russian assay mark and with partial maker's mark, XRF testing silver over 18KT.
