Middle Eastern Brass Brazier with Cover and Insert

Circa 1900, possibly Turkish, dual handled lift out oval insert with serrated border signed with Arabic script to central well, and removable iron grate the conforming stand raised on ornate scrolled bracket legs, with pierced cover and acorn finial.
