An Impressive North Carolina Megalodon Tooth with Serrations

A 4 3/16-in. tooth, with brown root supporting light gray enamel with scattered small flecks of orange; resting against a wooden dowel on a custom fossilized whale bone stand. Found off the coast of North Carolina.

On stand approximately 4 1/8 x 8 3/8 x 2 5/8 in.

A wonderful example with sharp serrations, beautiful color, lovely form, well-preserved enamel, and high gloss; small edge chips as to be expected with the largest near the tip.
