The first a large tooth, 4 7/8 inches, with black root and a small amount of light gray enamel flecked with orange; the second tooth, 3 15/16 inches, with black root supporting gray enamel with some flecks of orange; presented together resting against wooden dowels on a fossilized marine base.

On stand approximately 5 1/2 x 8 x 5 1/4 in.

The large tooth with a nice form and interesting holes caused by marine life; retaining only a small amount of enamel, with some chipping typical of these hardworking teeth, and a chip to root. The smaller tooth with an interesting, elegant form and retaining much of its enamel; with some light scratches to the enamel at the back, chips to edges and tip, and a couple of chips to root.
