In a navette design, centered on a full cut round diamond (3.5mm) within a milgrain detail setting, accented by four marquise cut synthetic sapphires (3.5 x 1.5mm) and two old European cut diamonds (2.5mm), completed with a white gold, openwork shank, with partial stamp, testing 18KT.
