German School, circa 1900, hand-painted porcelain plaque, the first manner of KPM signed "Ginner" to the lower edge, the verso impressed "3 11" and retaining ink inscribed label to the reverse, depicting a bust length maiden, after Angelo Asti's "Epanouissement," presented within a gilt wood frame (plaque 7 x 5 1/4 in.; frame 8 x 5 7/8 in.); the second of Louise-Maria-Adelaide, Duchesse d'Orleans after a painting by Elisabeth Louise Vigee Le Brun, signed "Gloss" to the lower right with inscription to the verso, presented in a gilt metal Rococo style frame (plaque 6 1/2 x 4 3/4 in.; frame 11 x 8 in.)
Good estate condition; areas of frame rubbing to the perimeter plaque of b both; surface wear to the frames. Duchesse with some old tape to the verso.
