Germany and France, late 19th-early 20th century, including five Limoges examples with gilt and floral decoration, comprising (2) with gilt and floral decoration, marks of Charles Field Haviland and GDM (Gérard, Dufraisseix & Morel (7 1/2 in. diameter); (2) with Haviland & Co. marks (7 3/4 in. and 8 3/8 in. diameters); and the largest a plain form with marks "MEHUN / C.P. /& CO." for Charles Pillivuyt in Mehun-sur-Yèvre (8 7/8 in.).
German examples with rocaille floral and gilt decoration include a set of (5) with green stamped shield marks "WEIMAR GERMANY" to the reverse (8 1/2 in.); a sixth plate with gilt shell form edge, stamped in gilt "MADE IN WEIMAR GERMANY" (8 1/4 in.).
And one final plate with magenta colored center, unmarked (9 1/8 in.).
Some plates with light areas of rubbing to the gilt and light signs of use wear; else good condition.
