Including an oval copper pail with riveted swing handle, unmarked (10 x 15 1/2. 10 in.); a French dovetailed copper buck, with fleur-de-lis and floral decoration, and coat of arms with cattle and motto "URBIS PALLADIUM ET GENTIS" (12 x 14 1/2 x 14 1/2 in.); and a copper kettle with riveted wood mounted swing handle, unmarked (13 x 11 x 10 in.).

"Urbis Palladium et Gentis" is a Latin town motto belonging to the city of Pau, located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region of southwestern France, and translates to "Safeguard of the city and the Nation."
